- UTF-8 is now the default
- Added bundler compatible for easy setup

- Jared improved CapGun Rails 3 compatibility

- Chris released a bug fix for validation reflection
- Muness met with Change & Course and facilitated a company retrospective for them. Retrospectives are something we run every 2 weeks for our company and it provides a great forum for information and group therapy. Some feedback from the Change & Course team on Munesses's facilitation:
