We are happy to announce that Muness Alrubaie has joined Relevance. Muness brings 11 years of experience developing software in a variety of domains using the right tools for the job at hand. Muness builds resilient systems that can adapt to changing business needs. To that end he has been a proponent of agile practices, Ruby on Rails, Domain-Specific Languages (DSLs) and tagging.

Muness contributes regularly to open source, and founded the Trac TagsPlugin. He has been active in the Ruby and Java communities through his blog, and by speaking at erubycon and OSCON.
